Ferruginous Hawk in PA?

A possible Ferruginous Hawk has been reported in central Pennsylvania, with some distant shots at http://s16.photobucket.com/albums/b10/chadkauffy/Birds/.

Anyone have any opinions from these shots? I think I am leaning more towards a dark Red-tailed Hawk but I’d love to hear other opinions.

My guess is dark Red-tailed Hawk.

Wish the photos were better, but messing around with the pictures in Photoshop, I would have to agree that it is probably a dark Red-tailed Hawk.

I was hoping to go up and look for it today but we got an unpredicted 10″ inches of snow so I canceled that. Hopefully someone relocates it and gets better shots.
