Jordan Rutter

Jordan has been birding most of her life. Her main interests lie in how to create bridges between people and birds; connecting education and outreach with ornithology. She works to help introduce bird research to people to help everyone become more aware of the interconnectedness of birds and the environment.

Jordan currently is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities getting a degree in bird conservation education. Her project focuses on the Great Lakes population of Piping Plovers.
