		<description>I have been told that the Snowy Owl in Shippensburg, PA on Mud Level Road has not been seen since they plowed the fields.  Can anyone confirm that?  I was there on Monday, February 6 and did an extensive search, but found no signs of the owl.</description>

		<description>Feb 4, driving north on SR 17/35 to Arcadia and east of Griffin Reserve we witnessed 2 Caracara, one seemed younger hunting in the cattle open areas.  Very distinctive color pattern under the wings.
Thanks for the tips to help us ID who we saw. </description>
